Police Mind Your Own Business… Taking Pictures in Public Places is Legal

Someone pointed out to me that Larry Geller from the Disappeared News wrote a column that brings back some memories of my earlier days of my blog. I can totally relate to him being frustrated by his more recent incident.

One year earlier, Damon Tucker, blogging from the Big Island, reported police intervention when he was taking pictures of a post office that presented accessibility issues…

Still to this day I’m very hesitant to take pictures of police officers doing their work. I think that in a sense… the officer that intimidated me, has actually frightened me so good… that I’ve been intimidated from taking more pictures of things then I actually do at times.
