Big Island Police Asking Public’s Help in Locating Missing 23-Year-Old Mountain View Woman

8/7/12 UPDATE: Big Island police have located 23-year-old Rachel C.P. McGowan of Mountain View, who was reported missing.

She was found unharmed in Kona on Friday (August 3).

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 23 year-old Mountain View woman who was reported missing.

Rachel C.P. McGowan is described as being about 5’5”, about 195 pounds, with ehu colored straight hair, hazel eyes, and fair complexion. She was last seen wearing hospital type scrubs and may be either operating or an occupant in a white and gold 1995 Mitsubishi Montero SUV bearing license plate #HMY-694.

Albert Manners

McGowan may be in the Kona district and also may be in the company of an Albert Manners, 27 years-old of Hilo. Manners is described as a Hawaiian male, about 5’8” tall, about 155 pounds, tan complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.
