  1. these criminals, who got million dollar payoffs and kickbacks from the SAIC arrangement, are nothing but as much lies as the rest of the corrupt criminal state institution. Do you see a “I get payoffs from this scheme” in his presentation or not?

  2. Listen closely: They don’t plan on “providing” broadband Internet, they plan on providing “access” to broadband Internet. IOW, they plan on public spending so private companies can charge you for gigabit Internet.
