Every year hundreds of fit triathletes get ready to compete in the Ironman World Championships.
But before they hit the swim, bike and run they like to get ready with a charity underpants run through the streets of Kona.
2012 is no exception as the streets of Kona today filled with half naked runners all doing their bit for charity and of course getting in a short training run before the big race on Saturday.
