Big Island Police are searching for a missing Hilo Man who has not been seen in two weeks.
David Luis
David Luis, age 31, 5’8”, approximately 180 pounds, brown eyes, short black hair, mustache. He resides on Olona Street in Hilo and if located, contact police.
