A website setup to prank tourists was set up in 2010 called Hawaii Humor.Com
I just came across the following youtube clip and had a good laugh at the tourists that actually believed they were being filmed for a legitimate news station.

Looking at their facebook page, it seems like they haven’t been that active of late as this was one of their first videos and I can’t seem to find anymore just yet.
