Today was the Rock the Vote event at the former Pahoa Police Station.
Global Hope member Jennifer Ruggles
I didn’t arrive until later in the afternoon but I could tell that it was a good turn-out with lots of candidates still present.
Hawaii County Prosecutor candidates Mitch Roth and Lincoln Ashida
County Council Candidate James Weatherford
Senate Candidate Russell Ruderman
County Council Candidate Steve K. Wilhelm
There was entertainment provided by local bands.
Bruddah Kuz and friends
It was a great event held today in Pahoa and I’d like to thank all those that worked so hard to put it together!
Donnie Maunakea and her daughter Kyla (event organizer)
The League of Women Voters of Hawaii County were present:
Of course there were the usual “Punatics”
It wouldn’t be a Pahoa event w/out John “The Chicken Man” showing up!
And of course we had our “Phantom” candidate in attendance as well!
Cardboard cut-outs manning the tables!
