U.S. Senator Daniel K. Akaka reacts to President Barack Obama’s announcement of a final rule that would provide coverage of FDA-approved contraception to women without co-pays beginning in August 2012.
The rule also includes an exemption so that religious institutions that object to contraception don’t have to pay for it.
