  1. Kealani, i am extremely sorry for the affects this ediots actions have had on your entire family.I pray your grandmother is doing well physically, and healing from the emotional scars this has left on her. This is the act of a truly pathetic indavidual.. Ihopefully after a long vacation this child returns to the community with a new respect for human life.. Maybe he will learn to love himself, and respect himself. Then change is possible, if not there is the other option he has, Adhere or Dissapear…. It sounds harsh but is imperative to either learn your lessons or donate the oxygen you are wasting to someone who will use it in a positive way… I pray for your families recovery, physically, emotionally, and spiritually if needed. Yet also for the family of the child who commited this terrible act.. May they help him learn how his actions have effected a whole community in a negative way…. Peace love and Aloha. Be with you every day……

  2. I am sure his “kin” folk will blame the old lady!

    • That “old lady ” is my grandmother . Just as any” old lady ” is someones mother and grandmother . Theres no room for blame at this point , just accountablilty . I don’t know whats going thru his family members heads right now . Im only thankful that my grandmother fought him and survived . I feel so blessed to hear her voice and listen to her talk . I only hope that this is enough to see some much needed changes in our community and neighborhoods . We should all watch out for eachother , and especially watch out for the ones who can’t watch out for themselves .

      • Kealani,

I’m sorry the incident happened. Please understand that I just re-posted the Police Release and I had nothing to do with the content or the way they described the age of your grandmother, nor Ken’s comment above.

I too am glad she is a fighter and a survivor.

        • My response was directed towards “kens” comment . Maybe it stirred up a mix of emotions .But I just felt I needed to comment on it .Thank you so much for your response its greatly appreciated .
