Kona (Hawaii) In Solidarity With “Occupy Wall Street”!

Spring is coming to America as the American peoples’ patience with the current disastrous global financial state of affairs caused by Wall St falls. 

Please join other members of the 99% percent in our local community as we show support for the Occupy Wall St movement this Monday at 3PM on Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway across from the now-closed Borders Bookstore location.

  2. “Accountability” one of the participants said. Yes, I would like Wall Street to become accountable to all the small investors who depend upon their hard earned retirements, not just the big guys and their annual atrocious “bonuses”.

Please join in the Hilo ad hoc solidarity action with “Occupy Wall St.” set for Monday, Oct. 3rd from 4-6PM fronting Merrill Lynch, 1437 Kilauea Ave –1/2 block toward UHH from the Hilo Shopping Center. Big Merrill Lynch sign and Wall St. Bull logo on the wall of the building. Park at Hilo Shopping Center. Merrill Lynch was bought by Bank of America in 2009 and deeply involved in the financial crisis, bank bail outs, and bonuses.

    I know your event is set for tomorrow, bit f you wnat to hold another, get some cool free flyers, or post up this event to get more folks this is a hub of occupy spaces. Also, check the annonymous videos there are a couple of folks from around here looking to get something started.
