The founder of the The Global Legends, Elbert “Tree” Gordon, is committed to inspiring the youth, The former Harlem Globetrotter is bringing The Global Legends for some basketball clinics and a couple games in both Hilo and Kona.
Some of the proceeds from the basketball games will be going to the Lawakua Nui program which is a life skills and motivational training camp for youth here on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The Global Legend leaders will provide activities that are fun, educational, fighting child obesity, and provide a model for healthy living.
Elbert “Tree” Gordon brings solid experience, determination, and love for the youth. He is committed to making a lasting difference from state to state and community to community.
