A Mean Stomach Virus… Or Twisted Butterflies

I’m just now recovering from a mean 24 hour battle with this weird stomach virus and I’m not quite sure how I got it. I know what I ate and others have also ate what I ate and they are fine so I don’t think its food poisoning.

The only thing that I can think of… is that I had a mean epidemic of “Butterfly Stomach” as I’ve recently found out some interesting news that I found out and have applied to possibly receive the benefit of the outcome.

I don’t want to count my chickens before they hatch… but I sure wish these butterflies would leave my stomach.

The worst part about this… is the waiting game.  I only found out two days ago and now I have to play the waiting game.  I know that there are only two other folks on this island that are in this position… so all I can do is keep my fingers crossed.

I’m bummed that I missed my son lead his class in the morning Oli today, but at least I’m now feeling better and can watch him tomorrow during the speech festival.
