My mom composed a 22 page “Diary” that she compiled her thoughts on during her time in Yap.  When she returned to the mainland she typed it all out.  Fortunately for me, she has held onto this diary all of her life.

I will break the diary down to two parts, this is Part A:

I’ll be scanning some of this diary, however, the pictures are just visuals and do not necessarily go along with what is being said in the diary.
