The Department of Environmental Management has finalized a change to the operating hours and days at County of Hawai`i Solid Waste Recycling and Transfer Stations (also known as (a.k.a.) convenience centers or transfer stations) beginning December 1, 2009.
The county is also asking folks to take a survey and “Talk Story” on these new hours:
