Media Release: Kailua Village Business Improvement District is testing the usability of recycle containers adjacent to trash receptacles within the Village. Indications are that people have grown more and more accustomed to recycling and will use the specially-marked containers to do the right thing and recycle their HI-5 bottles and plastics.
