From the San Francisco Chronicle: …The properties, at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawaii’s Big Island, were previously offered at $10.3 million and $9.1 million, but they are going to be auctioned on August 10 with no minimum bid required… I’ll start the bidding at $1.00.
